Pick out some fun colors and cut out your balloons. Fold all of them in half down the middle.

Add glue to one side of the fold and stack the next balloon cut out on top.

Continue doing this with all the pieces. Before you close and glue together the paper to make the hot air balloon shape, add the string.

Cut about a 20-inch length and glue into the center of the balloon. Loop the top end if you plan on hanging the air balloons.
