Upload the SVG file and use Cricut Design Space. Once you're happy with the settings, proceed with cutting the templates out with Cricut.

After you’ve finished cutting all of the layers, you should count a total of six.

During assembly, it’s best to start from the bottom layer and work your way up. I’d recommend setting all six pieces aside and flipping them upside down.
