If you're throwing a mermaid themed party, here's a nice little touch to add to the setup!

These seaweed cutouts add great detail to the party gift bags.

They're amazing to add life-like under the sea touches to your giant paper flower backdrops as well!

I didn’t have any tissue paper on hand so I used tulle to stuff inside the top of the bag. Turns out this is a really cool alternative!
