Paper Chrysanthemum Tutorial

Don’t you absolutely love chrysanthemums?  Seriously, they are amazing small space fillers and can also be used as a unique center variation.

This project, like the Hibiscus Giant Paper Flower Tutorial, is laid out step by step in this tutorial.

Cut out seven chrysanthemum layers. Three will be slightly smaller than the first four petals; they comprise the center of the flower.

Instructions

Curl all petals inward as if you’re rolling up a roll of paper. The larger four petals should be less curled and the smaller three petals should be progressively tighter.

Next, layer all 7 pieces together, starting with the 4 larger ones.

Add in final centerpieces. Adjust pieces as necessary by curling tighter.
