This project can be made with a cutting machine that is compatible with the rotary blade or cut by hand.
- 90-gram crepe paperÂ
- Sheet of cardstock in a complimentary color for the base
- Pair of scissors or cutting machine with rotary blade
- Detail scissors
- Hot glue gun and glue sticks
- Liquid craft glue
- 26 gauge floral wire
- Cotton spun balls or small foam balls
- Sewing clips, binder clips, or paper clips
- Distress Inks/Oxides
- Blending brush
- Wire cutter
