Craft Vault FAQs

If you see a craft marked as Premium, this is our paid member’s experience.

At Abbi Kirsten Collections, I strive to give as much as I take, so in general, we offer 50% of everything I create for free, and the other 50% is for those who want Premium access which includes every craft template or printable I have ever made.

AKC is a family-owned and operated business. Both Abbi and her husband, Mike work full-time on the content produced on AKC. Supporting us allows us to continue to make free blog tutorials and YouTube videos, plus host free events like our bi-annual Cricut Craftfest, and provide for our family!

If you receive a message when logging into the Craft Vault that says “email not found” or “invalid user,” you may have not yet created an account for the AKC Craft Vault.

Please note that being on Abbi’s email list does not automatically mean you have a Craft Vault account. You must set up your own account and password of your choice.

Please note the Craft Vault is different than your COURSE account.

You can set up an account for the Craft Vault for free anytime here.

No, all of Abbi’s courses are sold separately and not included in the Premium Membership.

When you select the commercial use membership option, this allows you to create end-product physical designs with any of Abbi’s templates in the Vault. With the commercial license, you do not have to include credit, though it is always welcome.

If you cancel the membership, you may continue to sell any product designs that you were already selling before the cancellation, but you cannot create new product designs with Abbi’s templates unless you are still an active paying member.

You may sell end-product physical designs with Abbi’s freebies with credit back to Abbi Kirsten Collections. Please link to the blog, AbbiKirstenCollections.com, somewhere in the product description. Thank you!

Course FAQs

If you are searching for one of Abbi’s courses, Cutting Edge Crafters, Free the SVG, or The Joy of Cricut, log into your account here or request a password reset (please always check your promo and spam folders for password reset emails).

Here is a general video walkthrough when getting an account set up for one of Abbi’s courses.
If you need help logging in, please contact us at [email protected], and we will be happy to help you!

Cutting Edge Crafters is an in-depth program for Cricut owners that teaches how to confidently work inside of Cricut Design Space, create crafts with your Cricut machine, and how to design your own SVG cut files in Inkscape.

Free the SVG is a stand-alone course that focuses solely on designing SVG craft files. If you own Cutting Edge Crafters, you do NOT need to purchase Free the SVG because it is already included in Cutting Edge Crafters!

If you did purchase both, please reach out to [email protected], and we can refund you for Free the SVG. 🙂

If you do not see a Welcome email after you sign up for a course with Abbi Kirsten (and you have checked your spam and promo folders), it may be because you already have an existing account! Log in here with your email and password (or request a new password), click on My Dashboard at the top, and all your current courses will be there to click on and start watching.

If you are enrolled in one of Abbi’s courses, you can log in here. If you have forgotten your password, you can request a reset.

However, if your email is not found, it may be that you are looking for the Craft Vault instead, which is a separate login here. You only want to log into the course site only if you are enrolled in one of the following courses:

  • Cutting Edge Crafters
  • Free the SVG
  • The Joy of Cricut
  • Cricut Craftfest VIP Pass

No, the Abbi Kirsten Collection Membership is sold separately and not included in any course enrollments.

Please reach out to [email protected], and we can assist you with updating your information.

We have a 30-day conditional refund policy for all courses (Cutting Edge Crafters, Free the SVG, and The Joy of Cricut).

We offer a refund of the course within the first 30 days if you can show proof of your work and efforts as disclosed at the time of purchase. Proof must be submitted in the following manner:

1. Complete at least 3 exercises from the course and honestly say you learned nothing new.

2. Show us (by emailing) at least 3 projects/lessons you have worked on as proof of your efforts and the honoring of your commitment. (examples of this would be sending us images of your craft creations or digital designs from the design with me exercises).

3. Under no conditions do we offer refunds for those who simply choose not to take the time to work through the process and take the time to learn. We expect you to honor your commitment as we have honored ours. And remember, you have lifetime access to the course and ALL updates, so there is no rush!

You will need to email proof of work and progress on your part if you request a refund within that 30-day window. After 30 days, we do not offer any refunds for the courses.

If you have a question about your payment plan or need to update your info, please reach out to [email protected]
