What is Needed to Make Cards With Cricut?

Most of the birthday cards shown here only require, as a minimum,  cardstock, scissors, a glue gun or glue stick, and a cutting machine. If any other items are needed, they’ll be noted in the creator’s Supply List.

While professional-looking cards are totally at your creative fingertips in no time using your Cricut machine, here are a few more items you may want to invest in.

• A scoring stylus or scoring wheel to make it easier to fold your cards neatly.
• A bone tool for creating sharp folds and pressing down layers for a smooth finish. 
• Embellishments, such as rhinestones, stickers, and ribbon, to add the finishing touches to your cards.
• Distress inks and watercolors for cards.
• Bearly Art Glue with its fine tip – which works great for card making.
• Foam Cubies, a double-sided foam tape to add height and dimension to card layering.
